This numeric system may be a different experience than what you’re used to finding throughout traditional apparel retail. Will you be restocking any of your “sold out” garments?
Sorry, no. All of our tees and sweats are truly one-of-a-kind due to their hand-dyed, secondhand nature. This means that once one of our creations sells, it’s sold out forever. Heartbreaking – we know!
How does your team determine the value of each of your garments?
Great question! Our garments are priced on a piece-by-piece basis with special attention paid to each and every one. The condition, age, and rarity of each garment is considered in conjunction with the complexity and execution of our applied dye technique.
What methods do you use to source your secondhand apparel?
Our small team usually does things the good, old-fashioned way: scouring the local thrift and yard sale market! We’re constantly finding hidden treasures out in the wild, and we love to support our local and regional independent thrift shops.
I just submitted my order! How long will it take to receive it on my end?
Awesome! Orders placed by 5pm EST will be processed within the following two business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding some US federal holidays. All orders are shipped via USPS, and you’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order is fulfilled.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the unique nature of our reimagined secondhand garments + home linens, these pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. You can read our full Shipping + Returns practices and policies here.
